Adrian Charles

As an active member of the Caribbean community, Adrian continuously work on initiatives that promote the region and culture. Adrian is an entrepreneur with several successful business ventures. His passion for the culture has afforded him with 20+ years in event management experience, both in Canada and abroad. Adrian has enjoyed an array of opportunities with a proven track record of creating
and delivering, fun and elegant events. Adrian has managed large scale festivals, concerts, professional conferences, and private events for the most discerning clientele.

His strong project management, communication, problem solving and relationship building skills, allows him to deliver the full range of event management duties to meet clientele needs. He deploys a coordinated approach to logistics, finances, venue selection, security detail, set design, planning and closeout of events to ensure that every event is successful and safe.

Adrian also has over 30 years of professional experience in Logistics, with accreditations in Critical Parts Global Logistics Management, Cold Chain and Development. This experience has served to be beneficial in his role as the Logistics Manager for the Toronto Caribbean Carnival for the past 10+ years.

He is a sports enthusiast, a strong advocate for youth empowerment and enjoy playing tennis and travelling during his leisure time.
