VIP Create an unforgettable VIP experience.

The VIP Committee is responsible for organizing and managing the VIP experience at the carnival. This includes designing exclusive events, securing luxury amenities, and providing exceptional service to VIP attendees. This committee ensures that VIP guests have an unforgettable experience, promoting goodwill and high levels of sponsorship and support for future events.

Position Description: The Festival Management Committee is seeking a strategic and dynamic volunteer to assist in orchestrating the VIP guest experience at the carnival and join the Board as volunteer committee members. As a committee member, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise, passion, and ideas to help shape the strategic direction and success of our organization and board.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow the VIP board members, staff, and volunteers to support and advance the organization's mission and strategic objectives.

  2. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with its mission and goals.

  3. Policy and Governance: Provide input on policies, bylaws, and governance practices to ensure the organization operates ethically, transparently, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  4. Fundraising: Assist in identifying and cultivating potential donors, sponsors, and partners, as well as supporting fundraising activities to ensure the financial stability of the organization.

  5. Advocacy and Outreach: Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner to external stakeholders, including attending events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

  6. Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization and in its programs and services.
